Our mission is to deliver affordable family focused care centered around the chiropractic principles of leading a healthy lifestyle. We believe that each person should have the opportunity to heal naturally through specific chiropractic care. We strive to educate our community that health is not merely the absence of symptoms, but instead the body’s innate ability to adapt and heal at its fullest potential.
Dr. Perna made his way to chiropractic in his early twenties at the advice of his father. At the time he had no real injuries or illnesses instead he was seeking care to better optimize his overall health and the way his body functioned. Once undergoing care and learning more about the chiropractic philosophy he felt compelled to know more.
Dr. Perna attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Florida where he graduated with honors (Cum Laude) and underwent many additional hours of technique centered around pediatric and pregnancy care. In addition, Dr. Perna learned how to better care for those with chronic health conditions. Dr. Perna is a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association and is a Webster certified practitioner. This distinguishes him amongst only a few thousand chiropractors in the world as being proficient in caring for pregnant women. He is currently working on his diplomate in pediatrics and has a strong background in sports related injuries.
Dr. Perna has a lovely wife Cori and two adorable sons Leonardo and Dominic as well as a dog. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, mountain biking, going to sporting events, especially football, and spending as much time as possible with his family in the community that he loves.
When asked what inspires Dr. Perna the most about being a chiropractor his response was “building long lasting relationships with people while helping them along there healing journey”.

Dr. Jake holds a bachelor's degree in Sports Medicine from Colorado State University and a Doctorate of Chiropractic from Cleveland Chiropractic College.
